especially about yourself
Don’t Read This Activity Book is a companion guide designed to help you explore your thoughts and feelings. It includes activities and questions that might spark your curiosity as you figure out why you feel the way you do.

They say the only things guaranteed in life are death and taxes. How you live depends mainly on your choices—unless you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time. Life is like a roller coaster. It has ups and downs, and sometimes unexpected turns that can be scary and exciting simultaneously. Hopefully, your good days are more than your bad ones.

Remember the quote by Nietzsche: “What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger.” When you feel like giving up or like life is too hard, keep this in mind—it’s better to live for something than give up for nothing. Find something worth living for. Be brave, face your challenges, and believe in yourself. You can get through anything.
